Tableau is for anyone who works with data – regardless of technical or analytical background. It makes analyzing data fast and easy, beautiful and useful.

Our live online classes offer hands-on experience with an expert instructor to guide you at every step, and a textbook pdf you can keep as a reference. Classes utilizes Tableau Desktop, but also offer a section that explores Tableau Online, Tableau Server, and Tableau Mobile.

Tech Requirements: Registrants must have a computer with internet access, a webcam and mic, and a current Tableau license. (If you do not have a Tableau license, you can get a Free 30 Trial at Tableau Software.)

PART 1: Basics Course

This course is for those who are currently using desktop or web-based data-management tools to perform numerical or general data analysis, including capturing and reporting on data to peers, executives, and clients, and who now need to provide data visualizations in reports, or explain data analysis through visualizations.

Prerequisites

Excel Part 1, Excel Part 2, Excel PivotTables and Power Tools or equivalent working knowledge. Optionally, experience with other data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, as well as understanding database design concepts will help you get even more out of Tableau.

This course is for those who are currently using Tableau to perform numerical or general data analysis, visualization, and reporting, who now need to provide data visualizations from multiple data sources, or blend data to show comparisons, correlations, and relationships through data.

Prerequisites
