Diagnosis and Treatment of Substance Use Disorders: Final Exam

The final exam is a culminating assessment of the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program. Participants will demonstrate their mastery of evidence-based approaches to engaging and treating chemically dependent clients, including techniques covered in earlier courses such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), harm reduction strategies, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).

To be eligible for the final exam, you must have successfully completed all five courses in the series. Participants who pass this exam and the five preceding courses can earn three hours of college credit, equivalent to the course SCWK 42103 The Diagnosis and Treatment of Substance Use Disorders, at the University of Arkansas. Completing all five courses in sequence is highly recommended to prepare for this culminating assessment. For more detailed information about credit transfer and eligibility, please refer to the University of Arkansas’ Credit for Prior Learning Policy:Credit for Prior Learning Policy.
