Docker Certified Associate (DCA) Training Program
The Docker Certified Associate Exam training provides attendees with full stack Docker knowledge.
The course starts off by providing a history of microservices and containerization, a strong focus on Docker containers and images, creating containers on the command line, building images with Dockerfiles, and concludes with deploying a real-world multi-container application. The next day focuses on development, with additional training in Dockerfile best-practices, docker-compose, debugging strategies, and a trial app containerization. The course’s final day focuses on operations, which includes Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, registries, Docker Enterprise Edition, continuous integration, and Docker for Windows. The fourth day will be a DCA exam study day. The discussion will focus on content and scenarios that will be tested on the DCA exam.

Docker training as preparation for the Docker Certified Administrator Exam is geared towards Developers, Operations, and Enterprise IT teams. As a prerequisite for the training, a basic understanding of the Linux command line is recommended, but not required.
