Real Estate Finance Revisited

Real Estate Finance Revisited is a six-hour online course that meets continuing education requirements set by the Arkansas Real Estate Commission. This self-paced, online course provides continuing education hours for licensed real estate agents. Topics covered will benefit both newly licensed agents and seasoned veterans of the business.

2017 AREC Notice

  • Effective January 1,2017 the annual CE requirement increased to 7 hours, with 1 hour required on the topic of personal safety in the real estate marketplace. 

  • Supervising brokers (EBs and PBs) must complete the 3-hour Mandatory Supervising Broker Course to renew for 2018.
